Red Cross helping two people after Albany fire

The American Red Cross is helping an adult and a 3-year-old child after a fire in Albany.

The flames broke out Tuesday afternoon on South Allen Street.

The Red Cross is providing shelter, food and clothing for the victims. Volunteers are also giving emotional support and personal care items.
