A fire has temporarily closed a North Adams restaurant, just weeks after it opened its doors.

North Adams fire crews responded Saturday to Bigg Daddy’s Philly Steak House after a small fire in the restaurant’s smoker, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle reported.

No one was injured and the hope is to reopen this Wednesday.

The cause of the fire is still being investigated.

The restaurant opened at Mass MoCA in late April.
