The American Red Cross is helping two families after fires in Schenectady and Washington counties.

A fire broke out on Maple Avenue in Delanson on Friday. Four people are being helped by the Red Cross including two adults and two children ages 3 and 5.

Fire crews also responded to a fire on Thunder Way in Salem. Two adults are being helped.
