FIRST ON 13: Hudson Falls man admits to setting his apartment building on fire
Peter Lemery, the man accused of setting a fire that destroyed a Hudson Falls apartment building, pleaded guilty to arson on Thursday afternoon.
The fire happened in October 2022 at the Maple Street apartment building on Maple Street, where Lemery also lived.
The building was a total loss. Seven families were displaced.
The plea calls for Lemery to be sentenced to five to 15 years in state prison.
He will be sentenced on Oct. 20.
