We’re learning more about who purchased the historic St. Patrick’s Church in Troy.
The Times Union reports that a Florida-based real estate executive bought the 14,416-square-foot building for $249,500.
The building was up for auction back in December.
The new owner has not publicly revealed their plans for the more than a century-old building just yet.
