A new federal lawsuit has been filed against former Gov. Andrew Cuomo and three former top aides.
Charlotte Bennett, the second woman who accused Cuomo of sexual harassment, is accusing the aides of not properly handling her complaints after the former governor harassed her.
Bennett’s lawyers detail the alleged sexual harassment she says she endured while working for the former governor, including inappropriate comments and sexual advances.
NewsChannel 13 reached out to the former governor for comment. We have not heard back.
