Former Granville school transportation supervisor charged with grand larceny

A former Granville Central School administrator is facing felony grand larceny charges.

Tyler Kelly, 35, was the transportation supervisor until state police began investigating thefts from the school.

Kelly was using school accounts like they were his own over a period of at least three years, said investigators. He bought several thousand dollars’ worth of tools, and also tires for his car on two separate occasions, investigators said.

Kelly resigned from the school on March 31.
