The former president of NXIVM is now being sued for allegedly failing to do her part in a civil settlement.
Nancy Salzman had agreed to turn over real estate proceeds to victims of NXIVM as part of that agreement. Salzman now said she needs money to pay the capital gains taxes from the sale of those properties in Halfmoon, according to the Times Union. She has been living in Waterford since April when she was released from a halfway house.
Salzman only served 20 months of her original three and a half year sentencing.
