Four people face drug charges after Clifton Park traffic stop

Four people are facing drug charges after a traffic stop in Clifton Park.

Troopers stopped a vehicle on Route 146 at around 10:20 on Monday for a traffic violation.

Multiple controlled substances including felony-weight narcotics and drug paraphernalia were found inside the car, State Police said.

The driver was identified as Rebecca Lackey, 34, of Greenwich.

Lackey and her passengers — Angela N. Bullard, 42, of Queensbury; Matthew M. Durham, 24, of Greenwich, and Cedrik Q. French, 34, of Glens Falls, are each facing multiple charges. They include four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

All three were released on appearance tickets and were scheduled to appear in Clifton Park Town Court.
