Free rides given to celebrate 20th anniversary of Congress Park carousel

The Congress Park carousel is celebrating 20 years at its current home. There were free rides on Wednesday to celebrate.
The event will also mark the efforts of former Commissioner Thomas McTygue, who saved the beloved ride and placed it in the park.
The free rides are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
