Fultonville man charged in arson of his own home

A Fultonville man was arrested Wednesday for arson.
The fire happened in June 2023 at Michael Bell’s home.
At least one pet was killed. With that, Bell also facing several more charges, including animal cruelty.
Bell was released on his own recognizance, and is due in court on Sep. 19.
