Gansevoort man indicted in alleged sex assault

A Gansevoort man has been indicted for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman he met on a dating app.
Michael Pelletier, 35, was arraigned in Saratoga County Court Tuesday on a felony charge of third-degree criminal sex act.
The allegedly incident took place on June 24 at a home on Selfridge Road in Moreau. Pelletier was arrested the same day after an investigation.
An indictment was handed up on Dec. 20, according to the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office.
