Gas prices rise after end of tax break
A rise gas prices across the state today – after the end of the tax break on December 31st.

The current average here in the capital region is $3.42 for a gallon of regular.
That’s four cents higher than Monday – but about on par with a week ago.
One month ago, it was around $3.75.
And one year ago, the average was $3.44.
