Glenville water system about to get nearly $27k upgrade

Glenville’s water system is about to get some major upgrades.
Rep. Paul Tonko says the town will receive nearly $274,000 to extend a water main and increase the town’s clean water capacity.
The funding comes from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
