GlobalFoundries is revealing a new plan to help employees with student loan repayments.

Eligible U.S.-based employees and new hires can benefit from a tax-free lifetime total of $2,800 toward their student debt.

It covers qualified student loans for all degree types and credit-based certificate programs offered by U.S. universities and colleges.

This is part of the investment to enhance the semiconductor workforce.
