Gloversville man facing child pornography charges

A 31-year-old man from Gloversville is facing child pornography charges.
Derrick Phillips Jr. is accused of criminal possession of a sexual performance by a child.
State police say they made the arrest after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Phillips was arraigned in Gloversville City Court and released.
