A big golf fundraiser is taking place Saturday in Clifton Park in honor of Philip Rabadi.

Rabadi was a physician assistant at Albany Medical Center. He was brutally murdered inside his home in the town of New Scotland in April 2022. His family has worked tirelessly to carry on Philip’s message of love. They created a foundation in Philip’s name called Phil with Love.

The third annual golf fundraiser will take place beginning at noon at the Van Patten Golf Club.

The event is sold out and Rabadi’s father, Shaw Rabadi, is very excited about it.

“You know, Philip is looking down at us and saying ‘good job, Dad,’” he said.

There will be 216 people on the course golfing. Even though the event is sold out, people can still attend to enjoy the food, drinks, silent auction and more.
