Granville woman arraigned for allegedly abusing dozens of horses

A Granville woman was arraigned Thursday afternoon on 31 counts of torturing and injuring animals.
Animal control removed the horses from the property of Wendy Murphy, 54, following her arrest.
A search warrant was executed on her property earlier this month.
Police found dozens of horses suffering from neglect.
Murphy is due back in court on October 24.
