Groundbreaking held for new senior community in Latham

A groundbreaking was held Monday morning in Albany County, for a new senior center.
The King Thiel II Senior Community will be at 11 Elks Lane in Latham.
It is said to offer affordable independent senior living.
Once complete, 99 apartments will be available to rent.
