Group in Mechanicville builds beds for kids in need

People got together this weekend to try to make sure every child has a bed to sleep in.
St. Luke’s on the Hill in Mechanicville sponsored a bed build for the group Sleep in Heavenly Peace.
Dozens of people built beds together, and there were volunteers who gave some training in construction.
The group has more than 350 chapters across the United States and Canada.
