Guilty plea from homicide suspects

Two out of three suspects pleaded guilty to a homicide at a motel in Colonie.
The investigation began back in May after a car crashed in front of Motel 6 on Curry Road. The driver, Xiaa Price had been shot, and was trying to get away in a car, according to police.
Paul Streeks, 25, and Kenneth Spencer, 46, who are both from Schenectady, pleaded guilty today in Albany county court. Streeks pleaded guilty to manslaughter, and Spencer pleaded guilty to attempted assault. Sentencing will take place on Nov. 3 this year. Streeks is expected to be sentenced to 25 years in state prison, plus five years of post-release supervision. Spencer is expected to be sentenced to seven or eight years in prison, plus five years of post-release supervision.
The case of the third co-defendant 23 year old Desirique Johnson is still pending.
