Guilty pleas in Schenectady shooting

The last two defendants in a deadly 2020 shooting in Schenectady entered guilty pleas on Tuesday.
Jennifer Ostrander was shot and killed on her front porch on Sixth Avenue.
Tito Garcia, 30, pleaded guilty to one count of murder. He admitted he was the trigger man that killed Ostrander.
Daquan Smith, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of manslaughter.
Garcia and two other gunmen got out of a caravan to shoot rival gang members in Schenectady. Ostrander was not the intended target.
