A 77-year-old Halfmoon man is accused of sexual contact with a child under 13.
Michael Pajak is now facing sex abuse and child endangerment charges.
The alleged incident happened in Halfmoon, according to the Department for Children, Youth and Families. They say they were informed on Nov. 2.
Pajak was sent to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
