Halfmoon man charged in debit card theft

A Halfmoon man is facing charges, including burglary and grand larceny.
Dylan Benaquista broke into a home on Cemetery Road and came into physical contact with the person living there, investigators said.
Benaquista is also accused of stealing someone’s debit card and using it several times.
He faces charges of identity theft and harassment.
