Hattie’s Restaurant is bringing back its popular Mardi Gras fundraiser.

After a several year absence, the celebration will return to the Canfield Casino in Saratoga Springs on January 28.

The inaugural Hattie’s Mardi Gras was held in 2001. Since its launch it’s raised more than $1 million for local non-profits.

This year’s beneficiary is the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York.

Last year, Hattie’s joined the business for good family of companies. BFG co-founders Ed and Lisa Mitzen, will serve as event hosts.

The event will feature music from Soul Session and Garland Nelson.

There is also a silent auction with packages from a variety of local businesses for you to bid on.

Tickets and sponsorship packages are available.
