Heavy police presence at Rotterdam home for death investigation on Fern Ave
There is a heavy police presence on Fern Avenue in Rotterdam, where a State Police forensic crew appears to be collecting evidence from a home cordoned off by yellow crime scene tape.

The Rotterdam Police are currently conducting a death investigation and are currently being assisted by members of the New York State Police, Rotterdam police said.
65 year-old Cathy Guillaume and 74 year old Robert Guillaume were both killed in what are being called homicides at 1467 Fern Ave, Rotterdam Police said.
The cause of death is not being released.
Residents of Fern Avenue in Rotterdam say the area of police focus appears to be the same house where a young man was shot in the leg two weeks ago.
