Nearly $30 million in New York state funds will be going towards electric vehicle charging infrastructure and rebates.

It’s part of the Drive Clean Rebate Program, Gov. Kathy Hochul said.

The program means more New Yorkers can drive electric.

The state is requiring all new passenger cars, pickup trucks and SUVs sold in the state be zero emission by 2035.
