Hochul seeks refunds for Spectrum customers

Gov. Kathy Hochul said she is working to get refunds for Spectrum customers who are without Disney-owned channels because of an ongoing dispute.
She said customers are missing some of the biggest sporting events of the year including U.S. Open and Jets-Bills on Monday Night Football.
