Federal agents spend Wednesday searching Colonie home

Federal agents, assisted by Colonie police, searched a home on Thelma Street for hours on Wednesday.

The whole block was lined with unmarked vehicles. Agents from the Department of Homeland Security were walking in and out the home, grabbing items out the garage and loading wood planks and large boxes inside a big yellow moving truck.

Colonie police say they are assisting the agents with the investigation. It is still under investigation and no further details are available.
