Hudson River water quality tested as man swims through Troy

A man swimming the Hudson River for environmental awareness now has some company.
Members from Troy’s Water Justice Lab joined Lewis Pugh in his quest on Thursday.
While they weren’t paddling alongside him, they were testing the water quality that Pugh is swimming in.
The results will be available Friday.
The end of Pugh’s swim will coincide with the United Nations Climate Week in New York City, on September 17.
