Hundreds of people in Colonie got an early start to 2024.

A “Noon Year’s Eve” pajama party was held at Colonie Center.

The big celebration included face painting, a photo booth and movie and cartoon characters in costume.

The grand finale was a countdown and big balloon drop at noon.

The event has been a staple at Colonie Center for at least 15 years.
