Travelers at the Albany International Airport are trying to get out of dodge before an upcoming storm with rain, snow and wind impacts us, and much of the country.
While most of the storm is expected to be rain in the Capital Region, the National Weather Service is predicting whiteout conditions in other parts of the country, and the potential that a storm could make travel impossible.
NewsChannel 13’s First Warning Weather Team says the biggest impacts we’ll see could be for passengers headed to Chicago or Detroit.
All major airlines are alerting passengers and offering them the chance to change flights for free.
