To celebrate “National Cider Day,” Indian Ladder Farms taught folks how to press apples on Friday.
The pressing technique works for both sweet and hard cider.
The farms pressed 30,000 gallons of cider this year and have doubled their hard cider production as it’s gained popularity.
The tasting room is open all winter long, and they tell NewsChannel 13 there’s a bonfire always lit for people to hang out around.
