International Day of Yoga celebrated with special class at Colonie Center

Colonie Center opened early Wednesday morning to celebrate yoga.
There was a special beginner class on the first floor of the mall for the International Day of Yoga, which was led by local fitness instructor Jennifer Honen.
Colonie Center said they’ve been finding new experiences for shoppers to enjoy the space, while enhancing their health and lifestyle.
