Investigators: Troy man damages patrol car while under arrest
A Troy man is accused of kicking and punching a Saratoga County deputy's car while he was under arrest. Tyquan Simon caused more than $250 worth of damage to a patrol car by hitting a window and the divider, investigators said.

Tyquan Simon caused more than $250 worth of damage to a patrol car by hitting a window and the divider, investigators said.
Simon was charged with felony criminal mischief. He’s back in jail, where he was already being held on separate charges.
