A Pittsfield man is cleared of murder charges in a trial NewsChannel 13 has been covering since the start.
NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle report a jury acquitted JC Chadwell Wednesday of charges that he shot and killed Paul Henry at a block party in 2017.
Chadwell testified during his trial that his confession in 2018 was a lie and had been influenced by police during the investigation.
He had faced life in prison.
