John Lyman Sr. will serve 20 years to life in prison for sexually assaulting a child. The Johnstown man was sentenced Friday morning in Fulton County Court.

The Johnstown man was sentenced Friday morning in Fulton County Court.
Lyman was arrested in February 2023 after a Johnstown Police Officer on patrol saw suspicious activity in a car parked at the end of West Montgomery Street.
The officer saw Lyman assaulting the child in the car.
Lyman pleaded guilty last March to one count of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child.
