Johnstown Police looking for missing 12-year-old boy

The Johnstown Police Department says they are actively looking for a missing 12-year-old boy named Elijah Kelly.
They say he is about 4’10”, 75 pounds, has dirty blonde hair, and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a gray sweatshirt, and a book bag, said officials.
Police say he was last seen at his residence on Dove Street before 12 p.m. Sunday.
Authorities add that he had taken off in what was explained to them as an “aggressive manor.”
