A judge has allowed the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office’s request to take DNA samples from four men charged with murder in the death of Reymon Delacruz-Batista, 32, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle reported.

Delacruz-Batista’s body was found last winter in Pittsfield State Forest.

Prosecutors hope testing will help clarify what happened in the hours leading up to the death of Delacruz-Batista, they told the paper.

Naquan Miller, Jamel Nicholson, Timothy McFadden and Anthony Robertson have pleaded not guilty to charges.
