Jury selection set for Monday in deadly Wilton DWI

Jury selection is set to begin on Monday in the trial of the Saratoga County man accused of driving drunk and killing a tow truck driver on the Northway.
Justin Rodriguez rejected an offer of 15-years to life, in Saratoga County Court, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star report.
Rodriguez, was driving between exits 15 and 16 in Wilton, last September, when he drove onto the shoulder, hitting and killing Alex Bleickhardt, 33, of Pottersville.
Bleickhardt was servicing a disabled truck on the side of the road, at the time of the crash.
