Suspect admits to role in Kingsbury gun shop heist

One of the men accused of breaking into and stealing weapons from a gun store in Washington County pleaded guilty in court on Thursday.

Jonathan Combs, 43, of Granville, stole 32 firearms from Calamity Jane’s in Kingsbury last year, and used them for drug trafficking.

He was caught on store surveillance video shoving a 12-gauge shotgun down his pants, the sheriff’s office said.

He now faces up to life in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Combs is one of five people facing charges in connection with the heist.
