Lake George is marking a very special anniversary.

The iconic trolleys are celebrating 30 years of giving visitors rides throughout the village.
The trolleys in Lake George began as a solution to traffic problems.

In the early 1990s, the village’s streets and side roads were constantly packed with cars and visitors trying to find places to park.

The first trolley rolled into Lake George in 1994. Since then, they’ve been hauling visitors from all around the world to and from the lake’s essential spots.

The trolleys will run seven days a week from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m.

Tickets are just $1. Kids under 5 ride free.
