Lake George drowning victim identified
We now know the victim of a drowning investigation in Lake George over the weekend.

State police say 27-year-old Kumar Hemant of California was found unresponsive around 20 feet below the surface.
This was in the area of West Dollar Island in Bolton Saturday afternoon.
They say they immediately started life-saving measures and Hemant was taken to the hospital before he was declared dead.
Police tell us the preliminary investigation has found Hemant willingly entered the water to swim when he became distressed, went under water, and didn’t come back up.
The investigation is still ongoing, but the cause is believed to be accidental.
