Lake George man arrested again on DWI charge
A Lake George man who was arrested twice in less than 7 hours in July was arrested again Tuesday for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
Brian C. Perry, 46, was stopped on Route 9N in Lake George for traffic violations. Police said Perry resisted arrest and was transported to the State Police station in Queensbury, where he refused to provide a sample to determine the alcohol content of his blood.
Perry was charged with felony DWI because he has previous conviction within the last 10 years. He was also charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration.
Perry was transported to Warren County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
On July 11, he was arrested in Bolton for allegedly causing damage to a vehicle that did not belong to him in the parking lot of a business, according to media reports. Less than six hours later, he was arrested again after police said he returned to that same business and threatened a person with a knife.
Those cases are still pending.
