Lark Street revitalization begins Monday

The $3.3 million revitalization project for Lark Street begins Monday.

The project is expected to last through the fall.
The city will be restoring the pavement and ADA ramps.
They will also be replacing curb ramps and sidewalks as necessary and installing high visibility sidewalks.
The project also includes adding string lights, park benches, bike racks and trash cans.
The mayor says these improvements will drive business development and growth throughout Albany.
