Students use simulators to learn about impaired, distracted driving
Students learn about the dangers of distracted driving by simulator.
Students at Colonie Central High School learned about the dangers of impaired and distracted driving with the help of a virtual reality simulation.
The international Save A Life Tour made a stop to the school. There were more than 15,000 killed from either impaired or distracted driving last year, according to the organization.
Students wore a virtual headset and had a motion base that allows them to feel the movements.
