A lip-syncing battle for a good cause is happening in Glens Falls Saturday night.

Eight teams will compete in the annual charity event at the Charles R. Wood Theater.

The teams will be battling it out for cash prizes which will benefit different community organizations.

They will be competing for $1,000, and there is also a $500 audience choice award.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for children (under 5-years-old get in for free).

The event starts at 7 p.m.
