Malta man charged with sexually assaulting child

A Malta man is accused of having sex with a child under 13.
It started back in 2017, state police said.
James Forgett, 52, was arrested after an investigation that began in August 2022.
Forget was also arrested in 2019 for disseminating indecent material to a minor. He is a registered sex offender.
He was sent to the Saratoga County Jail without bail.
