Man accused of spitting on deputy at Montgomery County assault call

A man is facing several charges in Montgomery County, after he allegedly hid from police, resisted arrest, and spit in a deputy’s face.
The sheriff’s office says it all started when they got a call about an assault with a baseball bat Tuesday night.
When deputies arrived, they were told the suspect was 36-year-old Chad Prevost.
They searched the area and found him hiding under a pickup truck nearby, and that’s when they say he resisted arrest and spit on a deputy.
