Man admits to having explicit images of Troy teen
A New Hampshire man has admitted to possessing explicit images of a 13-year-old Troy child.
Isaiah Lafoe, 25, of Lancaster, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court on Wednesday to receiving child pornography.
Lafoe admitted that on Sept. 30, 2020 and between Oct. 5, 2020 and Feb. 15, 2021, he communicated with a child in Troy and coerced a minor to send him images and videos that depicted the child engaged in sexually explicit conduct, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
Lafoe received these messages on his phone.
He faces between five and 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when sentenced on May 3.
He will be required to register as a sex offender once released.
